STA develops and manufactures equipment for the separation of solids and oils from liquids. Since 1992, we have been using process engineering know-how to solve contamination problems wherever stricter environmental regulations, increased quality requirements and cost pressure demand a higher degree of purity for the liquids used.
Our focus is on systems that achieve the highest filter finenesses through centrifugal force, gravity and coalescence alone, without the use of filter aids, and that discharge solids in a solid and sorted form as well as tramp oil in high concentrations. This allows service lives of machining fluids and tools to be increased, disposal costs to be reduced, and production results to be optimized.

Centrifugal separators
STA separators use the physical effect of phase separation in the centrifugal field to clean process liquids. Even unfilterable media are reliably freed from particles or liquid secondary phases without the use of consumables. The discharged solids are dry and unmixed. Centrifugal separators are easy-to-integrate and comparatively compact systems suitable for a wide range of different applications.
