Reference project in romania

Recycling of big bags, bags out of PP woven fabrics (raffia). The customer takes used bags which are manually sorted and afterwards size-reduced, washed and dried; foreign plastics are separated. Subsequently, the clean and sorted flakes are repelletised. The recyclate is very popular amongst injection moulders. Capacity: approx. 4000 t/a

Reference project in bulgaria

Recycling of contaminated agricultural and packaging film out of PE. The customer takes or buys waste films pressed in bales. These film bales are shredded, the film flakes are size-reduced, washed and dried. Foreign plastics are separated. Afterwards, the clean and sorted flakes are repelletised. Out of the recyclate, the customer  produces again film, above all for trash bags. Capacity: approx. 10.000 t/a.
